My Story

Driven to follow my passions and find my purpose in life, l left my academic life and career plans behind and embarked on a spiritual journey, over a decade ago.

Embracing a non-dogmatic, holistic path, I spent transformative years in India and other countries, with over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training and deep experiences in various modalities of self-discovery, such as Vipassana and breathwork and plant medicine. I studied under renowned yoga teachers and movement experts, forging a profound connection with both ancient wisdom and modern science.

The evocative power of music

Over the years, my personal healing process led to realms of shamanism, plant medicine, tantra, and menswork. Especially menswork and breathwork allowed me to shed layers of trauma and programming, creating a profound sense of safety within my own body.

Throughout my life, music has held an enduring fascination for me. I've been profoundly drawn to its ability to channel and transport emotions. Music has been a constant thread running through everything I do and teach. The evocative power of music led me from the throbbing heart of club culture to the beautiful and transformative world of ecstatic dance and conscious events.

Grounded in my deep...

I've come to understand that trauma and pain, as unwelcome as they may be, often serve as our most profound teachers, offering invaluable lessons as we navigate the maze of relationships and existence.

I am deeply grateful for the experiences life has gifted me, which have sculpted me as a man, a teacher, and an artist. I firmly believe in sharing only what has genuinely worked for me and teaching only what I have personally practised. Forever grateful to my teachers and those from whom I've had the privilege to learn.
